1. Orders & Quotations

All quotations valid 15 days. Orders confirmed upon signed PO and deposit receipt. Pricing FOB Shenzhen unless specified otherwise.

2. Payment Terms

30% deposit, 70% before shipment. T/T or L/C accepted. Net 60 available for qualified accounts after review.

3. Lead Times

Samples: 7-15 working days. Production: 30-45 days depending on volume and customization.

4. MOQ

Standard products: 100 pcs per SKU. OEM/ODM: negotiable based on complexity.

5. Warranty

12 months against manufacturing defects. Excludes normal wear and tear.
