Primary Lightweight pistol or short SMG 800-1200g
Chest rig / belt Elastic minimalist chest rig or belt 150-300g
Magazine carrier Elastic 2-mag insert 40-60g
Magazines 2-3 total 300-450g
Dump pouch Ultra-light foldable 50-80g
Footwear Indoor court shoes or trail runners 300-400g each
Protection Paintball mask or low-profile goggles 200-400g

What to Cut

  • Plate carrier — too heavy, too hot.
  • Hydration — speedsoft games are 10-20 minutes. Hydrate between rounds.
  • Radio — you can hear everyone indoors without one.
  • Helmet — save 500g. A beanie or cap is enough.
  • Back panel — unnecessary.
  • Utility pouch — if you cannot fit it in your pocket, you do not need it.
  • Magazine Management

  • 2-3 magazines total on your person.
  • Elastic magazine insert on your belt or minimalist chest rig.
  • Dump pouch for the one spent mag.
  • Movement-First Gear Choices

    **Total carry** **1.5-2.5kg**
    Gear Piece Speedsoft Choice Why
Footwear Lightweight trail runners Better grip, faster direction changes
Gloves Thin mechanix-style Feel the trigger better
Knee pads Low-profile elastic sleeves No bulk, stays in place during slides

    The ORTACTICAL Speedsoft Setup

Our battle belt in its lightest configuration — with the elastic magazine pouch and compact dump pouch — gives you everything you need for under 500g. No plate carrier, no chest rig, no hydration. Just your gun, two spare mags, and a place to put the empty one.

Mask Dye i5 or Push Unite Best peripheral vision for the weight

OEM, ODM and private label are three different ways to buy tactical gear, and most importers confuse them. Private label puts your brand on an existing design. ODM means a factory owns the design and you license it. OEM means the factory builds YOUR design from scratch. Here is what each one really demands from your budget and timeline.
