1. Shipping Methods

We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small orders. Sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk production orders.

2. Delivery Timeline

Samples: 3-5 business days via express. Bulk orders: 15-30 days sea freight depending on destination.

3. Shipping Costs

Samples: freight collect or prepaid. Bulk: FOB Shenzhen or CIF/DAP negotiated per order.

4. Tracking

Tracking number provided once shipped. Notify us immediately if delivery exceeds estimated time.

5. Customs & Duties

Buyer responsible for import duties and taxes unless DAP terms apply.
